The customer service isn't bad, but it can come off a little abrasive. \n\nThey also make really good suggestions, for example asking me what am I trying too cook. Then they may suggest a different cut that will get better results in the crockpot or on the grill, etc...\n\nIn my opinion the only thing that is holding this place back is the lack of a real website.
