Delicious and well-cooked main dishes and their side dishes were amazing as well.\n\nBeef & Foie Gras Wellingtons -- I always wanted to try wellingtons after seeing much of it's appearance on Hell's Kitchen. I love the beef inside, it was tender and flavorful. Foie Gras just tasted mealy and rough to me, but maybe I'm just not a fan of duck liver -- the thought just does not sit well in my stomach. Paired with a little bit of cranberry sauce, I thought the Wellingtons were good.\n\nPrime Ribs -- juicy and tender. I got seconds and thirds.\n\nSea Bass -- probably the best dish there. The fish is perfectly cooked and not dry. Melts in your mouth.\n\nCrab Legs -- a little frozen, but fresh, just give it some thaw time on your plate.\n\nCocktail Shrimps -- big and fresh. \n\nDesserts -- selection was amazing. Love the coconut macrons and the strawberry fruit tart the best. I had a bite of everything and finished off the ones I liked the best. \n\nGoose and Duck -- delicious!\n\nNigiri and Sashimi -- wow! I was amazed at how fresh the fish was for a buffet.\n\nand many many more dishes......\n\nOur wait was 45 to 50 minutes from the time we got in line until we were seated. Long wait, but it was expected.\n\nThe extra $5-$6 for their unlimited champagne is worth a try. The champagne itself was a little too sweet for us, but we had fun making mimosas out of them."^^ .
