I was dealing with Randall Harrison he did take the time to fill out the paperwork, once he did that I did not heard from him again. He told me to call Corina and deal wither if I had any questions. this was mid-March I had to send in more paperwork to them and when I would call to see if they received it all I would talk to is their voicemail. Then one day I Corina called me to let me know that Maira V. is my case manager to caller with any questions. Maira likes to E-mail and so do I, but she still took some time to reply to my E-mails. Then one day I received a E-mail from my Case Manager (Maira V.) telling me this \" By the way there is a case manager who is assigned to you her name is Renee S. at 1800-503-XXXX ext 230. So I call Renee thinking she works at SS office, but no she works for Phillips Disability, I leave a voicemail and she takes 2-3 days to return my calls. All I want to know an update on my case. After me calling Social Security Office, and waited on hold for 70 minutes, I was told your lawyers office just call, you need to call them and have them give you our last update. I called Renee and yes I left a voicemail on a Friday, Renee returned my call the following Tuesday to let me know I was dropped as a client because my case was denied. I put my trust on phillips law group and they are lazy, unprofessional, do not care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place."^^ .
