"First of all, I think it's important to say I have been a customer here since the restaurant opened. I am glad it is in our neighborhood, and I think it has the potential to be a cornerstone business in our area of Southern Highlands. I typically order breakfast to go for my family...the same things each time, as we aren't to adventurous in the morning. I really enjoy the selection, location, customer service, and portion sizes, but I have had problems with the consistency in the preparation of dishes from day one.\n\nSome times, our meals are spot on, and other times they are a complete miss. It is a mystery ever time I open the containers as to what we will get. Don't get me wrong...if I order biscuits and gravy, that's what will be in the box. I just don't know if I will have three-day-old microwaved biscuits or fresh. Also, tossing 4 slices of banger sausage into gravy does not a sausage gravy make. Southerners beware, this is pretty far from authentic. Chicken fried steak is pretty awesome every time.
