"Amazing customer service! \n\nI went in last night to have my iPhone 5s checked out--a couple of things had happened to it recently that would have normally been part of the accidental coverage for Applecare+. \n\nI've been an Apple user for 5+ years, and this interaction was just as great as all of the other ones that I have had. The Genius was funny and personable, and took the time to understand what was going on with my phone. After doing a visual inspection on the phone, the genius decided that there was a slight bend in the enclosure, and took care of the replacement for free rather than have me pay the $79 to have it replaced under AppleCare. \n\nI was totally ready to pay the fee, but having that kind of courtesy extended definitely made my night, and continues to solidify my brand loyalty.
