I didn't have to get out of my car and I appreciated when I asked how much the oil change would\ncost and was misquoted however they still honored the price they quoted and informed me what the original cost would be next time. The misquote in cost was due to my car needed extra synthetic oil but now I know and I will be definitely be back. The assistant mgr provided me with referral cards which I will gladly hand out.
