Finance guy would not take no for an answer when it came to warranty and gap insurance. Finally took the down payment. Because I was tired of waiting I ended up going to another dealership we had the entire car deal complete in two hours. When I tried to get my down payment money back that's when the dealer games began... and they tried playing dumb about being able to reverse the charges then told me I had to go down to the dealership in person etc. etc. eventually the only choice left was to file charge back with Visa. \n\nIt's astounding that a sales organization goes through all the expense and trouble to bring qualified customers through the door only to have them walk right back out due to poor service and bad practices."^^ .
