And the fact that they are  a monopoly in Las Vegas really sucks! They have absolutely no  incentive to provide quality service. I have had my garbage missed 7 times out of the last 12 pickups. Call each time, on hold from 25-45 minutes with NO SOLUTION. Have asked that they pick up a 2nd garbage container that they just randomly left  one delivery day, I get a date that they  will come pick it up and that doesn't happen. I call, on hold 45 minutes, talk to Jonathan who says \"I can't  give you an exact date they will pick it up, but keep calling\" WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS  COMPANY!!!!!!"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
