Sub-mediocre food, questionable cleanliness, non-motivated staff and apparently uncaring management that couldn't be bothered to make something right when she was told that a customer had a problem. Too busy hanging out in the empty wine bar with the two young, bored, male employees to actually help out the overwhelmed and untrained hostess, waitress, and frustrated bartender.
