The day of the appointment arrives and instead of getting a call saying, they were on their way they call to tell me they have to cancel because of a high level of broken AC units.\n\nI completely understand and appreciate they are focused on getting AC units back up and running before doing any regular tune ups. However, they should have called a day earlier to inform me they had to cancel so I did not have to take a day off work.\n\nPotential customers call a day before your service to verify Cactus Mechanical will show up.
