"I've flown with united airlines for a quite a while and this marriage between frequent flyer and airline is just awesome. I do like united airlines from what it does and for being relatively on time when I fly, and that's great too. \n\nI used to be Silver status with United airlines a few years ago, but that was before I was traveling very frequently for my 50 states, 50 marathons thing. Now, I try to be less active about being crazy about traveling that much. Flying out of Pittsburgh on United airlines on a brisk Wednesday afternoon was quite nice. The flight was on time, the boarding process was as great as you can possibly get, and everyone was seated 10 minutes before actual push back of the aircraft. It seems like it was a great boarding process and The gate agent was nice and friendly when she greeted me at the gate. I boarded in zone 1 and just after the mileage plus frequent flyer passengers. That could've been me, if I flew a lot more. Oh well. The overall experience here with united airlines, in respect to departure from Pittsburgh international airport, was quite nice. This was your basic quintessential departure and there was no delays of any kind. It's always great that we have on time departures with smiling airline professionals serving us along the way.\n\nThe flight number was UA6223 from PIT to IAH. I rarely review united airlines flights, but this one was a good one to. The boarding process was fine, especially since I got to board in between the main cabin and first class & frequent fliers of the mileage plus program. I heard a child scream and started to cry in a few seats ahead of me. I started to groan and thought that this flight would be longer than it should be. The flight from PIT to IAH was about 4 hours, which was a little too long for me. I was enroute to PHX from IAH later that evening on Wednesday, 9/28 and was glad everything arrived on time and nothing eventful happened along the way. It was smooth sailing at 35,000 feet and that was great. The onboard entertainment was virtually nonexistent, since we were flying on Embraier ERJ-175 aircraft. The plane was relatively small, especially when flying on an Embraier. Thankfully that it wasn't those propeller prop planes Horizon Airlines still uses.\n\nI sat next to the window at seat 21J and thankful that I didn't have any problems with my seat neighbor. The restroom facilities on board the aircraft was neat, it's still pretty awesome to be able to go at 35,000 feet versus on solid ground. I'm glad that there was no turbulence on this flight of mine and we actually landed at IAH a few minutes early. I would definitely recommend United Airlines for your air travel anywhere United Airlines flies. While my ticket was booked using award miles, I'm still thankful and blessed that I can be traveling still as frequent as I can. United airlines flies globally, as well as within the United States, Canada,\nAnd Mexico. In flight beverages were soda, juice, coffee, or tea. I opted for Diet Coke. I had my Currito's tikka burrito with me, so I ate that during the flight, it was heaven! I wrote yelp reviews while passing the time.\n\n4.0 stars for the flight itself. 4.0 stars for the service. While I did get this particular flight on award miles, 2.0 stars for making air travel quite expensive! You get what you pay for. Economy cabin kicks ass!\n\n#Flymore\n\n@ 35,000 feet\n\nB+"^^ .
