If you have little ones (meaning under 12) and out playing with the crowd they WILL get bullied and the young il-equipped staff will just stand and watch. Basically they just stand and watch until someone gets hurt. I think that's why their waiver is so long I can't imagine how many laws waiting to happen there. Horrible staff watching the kids.
