"I normally get great service when I come in here but apparently the manager I used to deal with is gone to another store and it shows! Younger guy with dark hair that I dealt with today had no idea what he was talking about and constantly made the most ridiculous and unprofessional statements. I received an email about paint perks 30% off starting the 26th and they did not give me the discount and acted like they didn't know what it was. Also didn't give me all of the paint I PAID for so I'll have to go back tomorrow. That wonderful customer service this store used to be known for is non-existent now. What a shame.\n\nUPDATE:\n\nThe comment from an employee of Sherwin-Williams is funny to me.
