I had three different girls do my lashes and they call came out a different way, so I never knew if they would look good or not. I was also pestered about a membership and buying something new every time I went into the store, which became extremely annoying. Being in sales, it's important to make a customer feel like they are important. They had the audacity to even tell me their \"high volume of clients\" causes them to not be as informative as they could be. Okay? Great customer service.......\n\nLast but not least, they finally got a membership out of me and then failed to tell me there was a form I needed to fill out before I could cancel. The next month, 120 dollars was taken out of my account without me even knowing or using their service for two months. Now they are trying to charge me 30 days later for another month! I called my bank and reported them, thankfully I can help this on my own end. Word of advice: Don't hand unintelligent associates your debit card. And don't even go to this place, there are others with much better trained associates who will care more without using excuses of \"high volume amount of customers\"."^^ . . . "0"^^ .
