He was very freinendly and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision, and with no pressure to buy. I thanked him and told him I needed to think it over. I ended up calling him back a week later to purchase the Tremec. Tom was great through the whole purchase and he even helped answer some questions when my mechanic ran in to a few problems with the install.
