I just got the $85 bill for the doctor to cut them back with a scissors. \n\nThe office originally told me there would be no charge since they are defective. Nothing the office has ever said has been true. I just paid the $85 and have left messages to schedule a 3rd appointment. It's never been about the money I pay my bills in full just to emphasize this. I want Orthotics. I want ones that fit. Is this too much to ask? Can they actually deliver a product? If I wear the ones I got from Desert Foot and Ankle they give me blisters. I have pictures of how they bunch of the socks they were incorrectly made. Yet I will go to a third appointment and they will charge me to look at them. Not my feet nor me, they charge me to look at their product. And they will make me feel like it's my fault somehow.\n\nI continue to wear the ones from 15 years ago and my Arch and plantar fasciitis has been much improved. Yet I cannot use the ones from Desert Foot and Ankle. \n\nDon't bother leaving a message they don't call you back. I ask for the office manager and she's busy. The only way to get anyone's attention is to schedule appointment. I will plan to go for the third time and I will bring them in a bag. Likely I will say keep them and keep my thousand dollars. I really don't believe they care or want to fix."^^ .
