The salad bar is packed with a variety of ingredients, and if you wanted you could probably go there for a great meal just from the salad bar. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and also very professional. It's not just about them bringing you a variety of meats, if you want a certain type, you can request it, and however you want it cooked.
