The guy behind the counter tells me after half an hour that I would have to go online to order myself. So I did that, paid for it in full and scheduled install a week later. So I take off from work, drop my truck off and go in to drop off keys, second guy inside says they don't have the parts and didn't know when they would have them. So after a few more minutes, he says the best they can do is to overnight the parts and schedule for two days from now. \nCompletely frustrated now, I tell them to cancel the order. To which guy responds that order can only be canceled by management and that I would have to come back later. I tried to call customer service, they reroute me back to the original store, to the original guy, who put me on hold and after ten minutes, I hung up. \nI will never use uhaul again and will share my experience with everyone I know"^^ .
