The space is perfect for me. The upgraded appliances are super nice. They provide you one covered parking space but there are plenty of available non-covered parking just feet from my apartment. \n\nBeing somewhat of an eco freak, I appreciate the additional recycling bins. By the mail boxes is a water filtering machine, where you can fill you water conrainers for .25 a gallon. It's crazy convenient to take out my recycling in the morning before work and check the mail and get a couple gallons of water when I get back home. \n\nAlthough I have rarely need any maintenance, when ever I have, they have been extremely prompt, thrall and professional. I am pretty sure my last apartment hired maintainance personnel straight out of Mugshots.com.\n\nRecently, my lease was almost up, I thought maybe it was time to look for a different apartment. I searched all over the valley and could not find a comparable apartment with the space, convenience and price. Instead I decided to stay at Metropointe but move to a first floor one bedroom with vinyl wood floors. \n\nThe Leasing Staff have been super helpful whenever needed. I am extremely grateful to Traci House, Metropointe Leasing Manager, who went above and beyond to work with me to make my recent move as convenient as possible. \n\nMetropointe ' s location is another plus. Down the street from Walmart, a couple Dollar Stores, good restaurants and minutes from the freeway. \n\nI can't give a higher recommendation. I love these apartments."^^ .
