I wanted to buy a home gym but didn't know much about what kind or brands or possibilities. The woman who helped me, took the time to educate me, ask questions about my needs and future needs and eventually I bought a nice home gym. It was more expensive than I was expecting but it was a nice gym with a variety of options.\n\nFirst problem became when they didn't tell me that delivery and installation wasn't included. Which would be fine it was only $60-80 but it turned out to be almost $300 more! I just gave you $3,000 and now I have to be 10% more just to get the thing?\n\nI called Pacific Fitness 3 years later to move the home gym to a new house. Bam, $350 more.\n\nI just got off the phone with Norm who was rude and cold and couldn't even be bothered to help me. All I asked for was a quote on how much to move this gym one more time. He referred me to another guy. I called that guy, he isn't in today. I called rude Norm back and he scolded me about how he doesn't handle any of that and can't give me an idea of how much it would cost this time or the schedule.\n\nThe place is okay but I will look elsewhere the next time I'm buying any exercise equipment.
