She said this happened about three times a year. I said I guess she should just cancel the order since it was so late in the day. Then she said that she could still deliver it that day or wait and deliver it the next day with an upgrade. I added her to go ahead and deliver it that day before 4:45. They were able to deliver the flowers before 4:45. The next day, the main centerpiece flower had already died. I let them know about this via voicemail on Saturday.
