Let me repeat, MY DENTIST CALLED ME TO SEE IF I AM DOING OKAY. That is like 6-star, 11 out of 10, 7 diamond, care.\n\nBesides how epic that was to have a Dentist that cares enough to check up on me after a 2 hour mouthwork extravaganza (I had a lot of work that needed to be done), his staff made me feel like family from the first email to the \"I gotta run\" ending (inside joke about epinephrine...).\n\nOn Saturday I was supposed to get an exam, cleaning, and filling from this one dentist, but after a terrible experience with him - I used ZocDoc to book an appointment with Dr. Konkle to get the cleaning and filling. His staff called me and we were able to reschedule my appointment to today in order to get all the work that I NEEDED done before my vacation this weekend. Sort-of a one shot deal.\n\nPaperwork - easy. Scheduling - easy. Getting documentation from my Saturday exam - impossible when I tried to do it, but less than 20 minutes when his staff did it. The ambience is awesome in the chair.\n\nI got my cleaning done in front of an atrium, and they went above and beyond by covering their fluorescent lights with pictures of clouds and blue skies - so no blinding dots from being forced to stare at the ceiling lights. The hygenist has like 20 years experience and did an amazing job.\n\nThen Dr. Konkle was waaaaaaaaay more thorough than any of my last 2 or 3 Dentist. Dr. Konkle found even flaws in my previous fillings that could lead to problems in the future for me. The tech he uses, like this little camera that takes really detailed photos, is really cool and informative.\n\nI did have a panic attack shortly after my numbing injection because it had epinephrine in it; which hit hard and quick. I was like \"whoa, hold on. I am getting really dizzy\". He sat me up, and told me a story about how he gets what I am feeling from the epi because one time he had 7 injections of the stuff I had. He gave me a minute in silence before asking if I needed more time; which was appreciated because if he had asked sooner I would have felt rushed and that probably would have made my panic attack worse. He went and did someone elses exam while Elaina waited with me. 5 minutes passed and came back just in time for my anxiety to subside, and back to work he went.\n\nThe price was right, the service was without equal, the work was flawless and not painful, the staff was awesome, and I am looking forward to my next Dentist visit. Yes... I am looking forward to going to THE DENTIST."^^ . "0"^^ .
