Our total stay was 2 hours and the staff members mistreated us from the valet to the front desk. We ended up canceling the room and staying at another hotel. 3 weeks later we receive a charge of 436.97 on our account stating that it was \"satisfying the debt\" of our stay. I've spoken with my travel agent, the front desk, MGM resorts international, and my bank as well to remove\nthis charge. It's been 7 business days and still no refund.
