"0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "CleanWorld Pools has had a lot of turnover since they took over Scotty's Pool Service. It is a corporate run style business where there are too many hands in the pot. I was with Scotty's Pool Service prior to the merge, about four years ago or so. Scotty was awesome, but clearly there were issues when the merge happened. I was not impressed at first with CleanWorld, my costs were higher due to the fact that I had to pay for filter cleanings, I believe it was about $65.00 every three months for filter cleaning. They were included with Scotty's service. They had a lot of turnover. I really liked the last guy we had, he was on time, every week, and if he was running late he would text to let me know. After he left, there was no consistency. If it was windy, they would not show up, you would have to call to find out where they were...and there was always an excuse. One of the weeks, they showed up and the cleaning was TERRIBLE, I have pictures if anyone needs to see them. This is what sent me over the edge and I cancelled service at the beginning of April. There was a lot of bantering back and forth, pleading almost to keep me on as a customer. I just wanted to cancel. I am not happy. Just cancel already, a few emails later, I finally get \"Unless we hear otherwise from you April will be your final bill.\" So this past week was my last week with CleanWorld because I got tired of the excuses, the lateness and the lack of contact on their part when they were going to come (I have dogs and I asked for text messages to be sent to either my husband or myself to let us know they were on their way) I am not surprised by this but the DID NOT show up to clean my pool the final week. I did not call to ask where they were, I wanted to see what would happen...YEP I was right, they were a no show. I have a new guy now. He is much cheaper and he cleaned my pool for the first time today...and it looks amazing...considering how nasty it was from not having service for two weeks. CleanWorld is a disappointment. They are too big and clearly don't keep staff around long enough to keep customers happy. I would much rather my money go towards a smaller business."^^ . "2"^^ . . . "2016-05-04T00:00:00"^^ .
