. "I went here on several occasions and only once had a bad experience, but it is worth telling you about so here I am.\n\nI went for a burlesque show that my friend put on when she used to give them her service. I always order VIP tickets for her shows because they are a great group of people and I want to support them, plus front row seats with perks is how I roll. I bought them online and put them at Will Call. I got there about 15 minutes before the show began and got my tickets and found a seat with the help of the ushers who were showing where VIP began and ended. I didn't get there early enough to sit next to my friends since it was First Come, First Serve seating but I was okay with that because I was just behind them.\n\nI had left to use the restroom, putting my coat on the seat and came back in to see my seat was given away to someone else, and my coat moved to the non-VIP section a few rows back and far away from my friends to the right of the stage. I asked why this happened and the ushers stated they were simply seating VIP ticketed people, but I showed them my ticket and explained I was also a VIP ticketed person. I spoke to who I believe was the person in charge of the theatre for that show that night and they apologized but did not offer my seat back, give me a discounted price (give me my money back), give me free drinks, etc. I was furious and that left a bad taste in my mouth. I believe they oversold their VIP tickets to make more money and did nothing to fix that issue except remove me from my deservedly-bought space.\n\nI wrote to the theatre manager and we went back and forth, mostly because she took her sweet time replying to my emails. She eventually offered me two tickets to any show that season. I chose my show and time, but she was vague on confirmation. Perhaps naively, I went to the theatre to see the show with a friend and found there were no tickets waiting for me. I was again furious with their handling of the situation and I wrote back and forth with the manager for the next year, she would continuously write me about offers and I would respond, only to hear weeks later \"Sorry we are sold out for that night,\" or not hearing back at all before the play was done running. In the end, she ended up not responding to any of my emails and I cannot believe that she just dropped it like nothing had happened.\n\nTerrible customer service, not because of the ushers or the staff, but how the theatre is run from the top down. I will not support this location for local theatre."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . "2017-12-23T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . "1"^^ . .
