"I am very happy with apartment , there is no doubt about it, from flooring,carpet to appliances everything is of top quality,the only thing which forced me to write a review was bad maintenance .if you are having any maintenance work then be prepared to wait for at-least 3-5 business days for the work to be done and if there is any followup then too u will have to remind them and then wait for same amount of time .\nafter repeated calling them and asking them they always have one same reason we have so many things going around , its so busy all the time etc etc, if that is the case then please hire more people to ease off the load.\nI am giving 2 star less just because of the maintenance issue."^^ .
