She told me the special going on was 3 rooms for $59. I then asked about my couch and she said \"yeah, they do couches too but there is a time limit of 2 hours\". I then asked \"well, if there's only 2 hours can they do 2 bedrooms instead and plus my couch?\" She said yes. We booked the appointment for 2 days later which was Thursday at 8am. My time allocation was from 8am-10am to get that done. Thursday rolls around. I pay a sitter to watch my baby for a couple hours so he won't be in the way and I'm waiting around for them to show up before I head to my 9:15am class. The lady messages me early that morning at 6am Bc I had a question I asked the day before. After messaging and still waiting I message her back at 8:30 and tell her they are still not there and should I be worried... no response \nI then get a phone call saying they are stuck in traffic... they end up not showing up till about 9:01...\nI then explain the deal the lady offered me and showed him my 2 rooms which I cleared out, cleaned, & vacuumed upon their arrival & the couch. He then says \"I don't know why she told you that we can do the couch too, that's wrong\". He then said it would be $59 plus $80 for the couch. I was a little upset and confused Bc they just quoted me the day before the price. I then had to pay extra money that I wasn't expecting to pay and then I get no apology for being late. I was late for class and had to pay my sitter extra since they were late. I then message the lady back telling her the confusion and she said I was right and she did quote me that price but she didn't mean it. She meant something different. \nI like their prompt response but they were late. No apology. Gave me the wrong price. And I feel like they didn't even do a good job. There are still stains throughout the rooms and they weren't even big ones or deep ones...I thought surely a company could get them out... they didn't :( \nI'm very upset and I was very looking forward to this. This was my first time getting my couch and floors steam cleaned and it's not what I imagined :( \n$140 and I feel like a regular Walmart steam cleaner could do the same job ...
