Normally, I give everyone a chance to \"make it right\", but this place has the worst customer service that I have seen in a long time. \n\nI called Monday morning at 9:45a to make an appointment for 6p on a Tuesday night for a plain manicure. No gel, no acrylic, regular ole manicure that should take 20 minutes tops. When I called, they said \"they were open\" and I picked my time. I arrived 10 mins early. I sat out front until 6:05. I was brought back to the manicure tables, I was seated at the same time as another gal. The manicurist that seated us then went back to working on another person. So, at 6:10, I asked how much longer the wait would be. The guy looked at me with a smug laugh and said, \"I have a few more people coming in. They will be here in 15-20 minutes.\" When I told him I had an appointment, again, with a smug laugh he said, \"sorry, we are short staffed\" and then stared at me. I said, \"that should have been communicated to me\". And left. \n\nListen, I get that you may be short staffed, but I should have been informed of the wait and the fact that you were running so far behind. I am an exceptionally understanding person, but when you think your time is more important than mine, I have to draw the line there. \n\nAnd to the guy with the smug laugh: this is probably a blind spot for you.
