We went down to the garage to pickup our vehicle and the attendant did not speak English and just pointed in the direction the vehicle was parked. I walked around the car and saw a small door ding in the right front door and took a picture. when I got to my destination I parked on a slight incline and notice the impact strip under the front bumper was only half there like it was cut in half. When I returned the car the attendant went around the car and noticed the door ding and also asked me what happed to undercarriage. I thought that was kind of odd as you could not see it unless you got under the car. I advised him that the door ding and bumper was like that when I picked up the vehicle and at no time did anyone at Alamo inspect the car and advised us to inspect the vehicle before we left. THAT IS WHY I DID INSPECT IT. The attendant said ok and we left but I am worried that there will be a charge on my credit card and am keeping a close watch. I would not have accepted \"that\" vehicle if I had seen the undercarriage problem before I left. Your attendants should be walking around the vehicle with the renters ......"^^ . . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ .
