I was charged full price for a diagnostic service on my Audi A4 - the problem was that I was charged for a service that did no occur. Simply said, I was told my battery was the issue to my vehicles problem. Once the battery was changed the problem still remained. A quick trip to Autozone uncovered the real issue within 5 minutes and it did not cost me a dime. I then took my car to the Audi dealership who quickly confirmed the problem was infact what Autozone had also identified. When I contacted Autohaus of Union to express my dissatisfaction, I could not reach anyone. Upon multiple attempts, I received one email response (remember, I've been a customer for 10 years). My follow-up questions to their email response simply remain unanswered to this day. One would think that a multi year customer would and should be treated with a little more respect. Please take my advice and check some online ratings of this establishment - had I done this prior to taking my car there, I would have realized the dishonest manner in which this establishment conducts business. One specific case can be found online where the customer took the establishment to court and won. Once again, please do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere.
