They'll quote you one price and interest rate and give you another when you sign. READ YOUR PAPERWORK!  Their lenders are sketchy. No websites, no phone numbers, no way to contact them. \nTheir service, for just an oil change, take four hours so I NEVER use my VIP, free oil changes (which were supposed to be free but they talked into the price of the car to the tune of two grand.)
