"Too bad I can rate my experience lower! Put in an advanced order in late November for a December 20, 2017 delivery. Received an email on 12/20/17 stating flowers had been delivered. But no flowers were delivered. \nTried to use the customer service email to address on my order. It came up as not operational. \n\nCalled customer service and sat on phone for 10+ minutes. When call was answered I was told that florist send the delivery email on their first delivery attempt. Was told the flowers were not delivered because no one was home. Two more falsehoods. People were home all day and receiving deliveries. \n\nTeleflora customer service said they spoke with the florist and flowers would be delivered that day, December 21. The call took place at about 9:00 am EST. \n\nAt 4:30 pm no flowers. Called Teleflora customer service. Customer service said they called the florist and the flowers would be delivered within 2 hours. \n\n8:00 pm EST still no flowers. Called to cancel the order. Teleflora customer service offered me a 15% off coupon as a consolation to the inconvenience. Are they totally out of their shameless customer service minds? \n\nI asked the name of the local florist that Teleflora was using, but they would not release the name. I asked to speak with someone to initiate a more formal complaint, Customer Service would not forward me to a manager or anything. Then the offered to help me order some new flowers.
