They have a great number of selection of cars to choose from but their parking garage across the store seems over packed and you can see that some vehicles are getting some scratches. \nI love Honda cars very much especially the Civic which is the reason why I didn't hesitate to purchase a 2013 Civic. I paid my deposit down within a few days and applied for a loan towards financing this vehicle. Apparently, I was approved right away but I wasn't notified till almost a week later due to a miscommunication. I set a time for pick up, but this was irrelevant because when I came to the store my car wasn't ready. Waited over 2 hours for the pickup then was brought over to their private underground garage to fetch my car. The detailers were still polishing the exterior and doing some touch ups inside the vehicle. I pointed out that there were some scratches still on the exterior and when I opened the rear passenger door I could see a chip mark with some rust. The manager was notified about this right away and I had to reschedule another pick up date while they fixed the chip and gave me a rental. Even the rental itself was due some interior cleaning. Lots of dog hair inside with some dirt on the floor and a water bottle underneath the seat. \nThe car itself is great in terms of performance. But since it's a used vehicle I purchased an extended warranty for peace of mind in addition to their 100-point inspection that goes with every Honda certified vehicles. A few months ago, I noticed that the driver's side floor carpet is always soaked when I cleaned the car even though there were a few times it was not snowing a lot. I got it checked by another Honda dealership close to home and found out there's a leak in my windshield and they are unable to fix it under warranty because the windshield is after market. It was a great disappointment to find out that my car has an aftermarket windshield and made me lose confidence in buying used cars because potentially warranty is voided. \nLearned my lesson from this experience and hoping to upgrade to a brand-new car later in the year but will be looking elsewhere. \nOverall this location in my opinion lacks punctuality, empathy for the customers and cleanliness of their vehicles."^^ .
