You select the ingredients you want to use, and they are cooked while you wait.\n\nThe selection offered is that not extensive, and I guess that they have reduced it to accommodate the 'mongolian' part of the operation.\n\nIts is just plain and undistinguished, not at all to the standard of Buffet Mandarin or Buffet King. If you are looking for a Chinese buffet there are better choices.\n\nWe tried this location, because we had previously eaten at a North End location. The food had been awesome and the selection fantastic. This was probably due to the fact they were shooting a commercial for the establishment that night.
