I was amazed by the quality and style of furniture options the moment I entered the store and was delighted to find they carried a similar mattress to ones I had been looking into. I passed a couple of employees on my way to the mattress section who appeared busy so decided Id wait until they were free inquire about the mattresses. While waiting for this opportunity a few customers walked in the store and I noticed that the same employees stopped what they were doing, kindly greeted each customer, walked up to each customer and asked if there was any way they could assist them. \"Ok, I thought,\" they must have not noticed me. No biggie.\" So I decide to sit on and test the mattresses. Surely an employee will notice (because theyre no more than 10 ft away) and walk over to assist me. Nope. Another customer walks over to my vicinity and an employees rushes over and greets her asking how she can help her. This employee then proceeds to inform the customer of a 20% off sale thats going on. \"Great,\" I think to myself, \"I wonder if that applies to just furniture? Or clothing? Or mattresses? I'll just wait until shes done filling in the other customer and get the details when she walks over to me (because she is only 5 feet away at this point and we've made eye contact and I smiled). Nope. She walks off in the opposite direction. A few more customers walk in. They're greeted and given assistance.\n\n \"Maybe they still havent noticed me?\" So I peruse every section (except clothing). I pause at each piece. Check various price tags. Examine the craftsmanship of certain pieces, making it obvious that Im in search of furniture. I do this in front of 5 different employees. Not one offers any sort of assistance.\n Two of them even walk by pushing a piece across the floor and I have to move out of the way. All the while employees are greeting and assisting just about every other customer in the store. \nI finally see a young friendly looking employee and say, \"Excuse me, is there anyone who can assist me with purchasing a mattress?\" She was as helpful as she could be but I could tell this wasn't her area of expertise. She was friendly, polite and kind. That is the only positive thing I have to say about my experience here. \n\nAfter she finished helping me I purposely walked to other sections of the store, stopped directly in front of a few employees of those sections, watched them look up at me, ignore me and proceed to greet and assist other customers. \nI walked pass one on my way out and she didnt even say, \"Thank you for stopping by. Have a nice day.\" Which wouldn't have offended me in the least, if I hadn't heard her say this to other customers as they left. \nI felt less than my entire time in this store. And the sad thing is, I wanted to purchase several pieces from them. Their furniture is beautiful. But I now will be spending my money elsewhere."^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "2018-04-07T00:00:00"^^ . .
