Look no further!\n\nShort version: key cutting is more expensive than at big box stores, ie $5/key here when everyone else charges under $4. High probability of you getting barked at if you ask legitimate questions. No refunds on keys copied (by them) incorrectly. But don't you worry - they'll \"promise\" to fix them.\n\nLong version: I read the previous reviews before going there but still held onto a sliver of hope. Came on a weekend looking to copy a small key, after exhausting all the big box stores. A salesperson at the HomeD suggested this store as the key I needed copied was particular and regular stores didn't seem to carry a template.\nThe guy behind the counter glanced at my key and said he can't copy as he has no templates on hand but is expecting a shipment early next week. I said thanks and asked if I could call to confirm they've received the shipment before driving all the way there. His response? Sure. I asked what is the name/type of the template when I call to confirm - he says you can't describe it over the phone, just call...Fast forward to mid following week - I called, he answered and said they've got the templates. Fantastic! I came in and showed him the key again and described exactly what I'm looking for (previously, two other stores made copies but the templates were too thick and the keys were unusable. Please note: every big box store happily offered a full refund). He barks back with \"$20 for 4 keys\". I said that's fine -- but can you make a copy of this particular key? He barks back even louder \"if you don't trust me to make the copy then leave\". Being in a pickle and really needing this key copied, I politely ask if the key isn't a match/doesn't work can I bring it back for a refund. The answer: no, we'll fix it. \nGood luck to anyone wanting to try this store out."^^ .
