So I edited my piece on WLS:\n\nRachel (i think is her name) is the manager of this \"fine\" establishment. After talking about how awful my hair turned out she only offered me to come in and fix it again (this would be the THIRD time). I am horrified by my hair and would not wish this upon anyone. I am not satisfied with their company or their employees. I was lied to by their front desk girl. I had asked if Bumble and Bumble (their hair brands they sell) were cruelty free. To which she \"looked\" it up on the computer and told me that they were cruelty free. I had done my research beforehand and many sites stated they were not cruelty free (here are two sites that are more reliable than the company that sells Bumble and Bumble) http://www.crueltyfreekitty.com/companies-that-test-on-animals/ and https://logicalharmony.net/?s=brands+to+avoid . \n\nAfter spending hours on the phone with Rachel and Jody I realized customer satisfaction was not their strong suit. They offered me zero refund. They \"fixed\" my hair. It was much better than it looked two days ago. Not perfect. Becca was great and it sucks she has to work for them but I cannot spend my dollars where I am not respected."^^ .
