"The customer service both local and corporate are horrible!!!! I tried changing my automatic payment account due to fraud and the internet was done so they couldn't help. They didn't have a corporate number to give me. I tried online but you can't change the card number. When my account was unfrozen, they put through what I was told was a double payment for 2 months. Turns out it was actually a $25 late fee. No help locally or through corporate. I was transferred to a supervisor that didn't answer and doubt I'll get a call back.
