This is our second time here and we got the beef brisket and ribs and they are D-lish!  Nice and tender n juicy n tasty.  The beef brisket had a bit of smoke to it but that was cut down using honey barbque sauce.  Our first time we had a sampler of meat which also had the turkey breast and it was very nice and flavorful.  I was impressed after being so disappointed by Joe's B Q in Gilbert where my meat was beyong being able to chew and dry, so if your one of those people who says Joe's the bomb.. check out Rudy's cuz your missing something!"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
