Below is a copy of the email that I've sent to the corporate office in San Jose, Cal.Hello Fry's Corporate Office. \n\nI just wanted to pass along an incident that took place at your store located at 3035 W. Thunderbird in Phoenix. I have spent over $5000 this past year at you store, which may all sound irrelevant to you there; I'm a disabled veteran in a wheelchair. I have called your store today beginning at 9 am and as of this minute I have been on hold for 21 minutes waiting for someone to answer the line after the wait time of 3 minutes. I called back again at 930 am and again, no answer for 17 minutes. \nWhat is going on at your store? I got my caregiver to take me there in person, I proceeded to customer service and I called from right across the counter, with no one in line as I watch 3 employees talk and ignoring my incoming call.\nI don't expect to get even a \"sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.\" as I feel this complaint will again fall on deaf ears as it did in the store. I only ask that you acknowledge that this is what customers should not be seeing for customer service at the store level. \nI have now chosen to bring my business to another place because of the lack of respect that I witnessed myself firsthand. \nYou can respond if you so choose, because I read and answer my calls and emails. \nThis doesn't look good for you folks. \n\nThank you for your time reading this, \n\nEricTeahan5@gmail.com"^^ . .
