"Based on my experience I don't think I agree with a 4 star rating. I went to Legacy purely because of the star rating and the convenience to home. I have worked in vet hospitals so I know what the vibe and experience should be, at least.\n\nOf the three employees up front only one of them smiled OR greeted my 7 month old pup the entire time, which was the older lady. When we went into the exam room the male technician was conversational and friendly towards her, so she still seemed in good spirits. I strongly believe that with some dogs, less is more. The shots were given while in a firm hold by the technician which kind of freaked her out. The previous doctor (another hospital) was able to give the shots by herself while my pup ate treats. The doctor, nor the technician rubbed the spot after the rabies was given so she started whining after a few seconds. When they let her down on the ground she ran over to me and I felt the location and there was still a bump. After I massaged it in she finally stopped whining. She didn't get a treat before, during, or after this experience. The doctor wasn't friendly or sympathetic. In conclusion of the appointment the doctor asked the receptionist to provide me a quote for a spay, which I never received. I didn't even care at that point. (haha) I was also charged a $6 disposal fee of the syringe needles. You mean to tell me I have to pay $3 per needle for you to throw it in a sharps container that takes weeks to fill? \n\nThe appointment was at 5 pm and I felt like I was treated like it was the end of the day so they just wanted to get me in and out quickly. I will not be returning."^^ . "3"^^ . . . "0"^^ . "2015-10-13T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . "5"^^ . .
