I brought this to the attention of the desk lady and she wanted to argue with me that I had an hour. I told her I have not even been in your establishment an hour yet. She wanted to argue instead of wanting to compensate me. Then they have a mandatory $10 tip on 60 minute massages. You lure people in with your Groupon and then make them pay what you want on a tip despite the services received. Crooks that's how they make their money. They know what they are doing. You go on Groupon for a deal not full price. Which is basically what I ended up paying. Full price!!! Not to mention the massage was not even all that. It seemed rushed and weird.
