. . "0"^^ . . "Same issues as others on here. I was charged for a service I did not receive. When I called customer service, I first got no answer because they were closed at 5 pm Central Time. Called the next day and got routed to the Recruiting Dept. Again, the customer service center was closed. Finally reached a human on the third day after being on hold for 25 minutes. I was told they could not issue a refund when the cancellation was under 2 hours. I had cancelled online 2 days previously. I am having to dispute this through my credit card company.
