"0"^^ . "I've had a terrible experience. I needed a crown on my back tooth and I'm not good with pain so this is never a pleasant experience for me to begin with. Well the first time the fit of the crown was wrong. So I'm pissed but whatever, I let them do it again because it's easier since I already paid and it's free. Granted this was a dentist who is no longer there that did it the first time. So I go back and it was extremely painful for me because my tooth is overly sensitive after the first time. I needed so much Novocain I couldn't feel my entire face for at least 5 hours after. Anyways the dentist made sure the fit was okay and then let her cronies cement it. So I leave and go home and look in the mirror and see this huge gap between my gums and the crown. I can feel it with my tongue, it's sharp and my tooth is outrageously sensitive. I immediately know something is wrong but I give it a week, still not better. I go back and sure enough I need to get the crown replaced for a THIRD time. The dentist apologized and said that when they had me bite down the crown tilted because they weren't paying attention but of course she didn't admit that and that the whole side of my tooth is exposed. She said she'd be there for the whole procedure next time and apologized again. I am never letting anyone in that office come near me again. I am making them give me my money back and I am going elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
