I usually stay in 4-5 star hotels when traveling and thought this was of the same quality and while the lobby and rooms were fairly nice the service/customer service wasn't there for me. Sadly to say! We had no coffee the entire time as they never could send one that actually worked. Room service was the worst! The nicest part was the close proximity to the train station and the underground access tunnels."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
