They were already backed up with three cars waiting. The service rep said there would be a 2 hour wait. A 2 hour wait?!? It shouldn't take that long to service three cars. She said they were short staffed. So I left and went somewhere else for an oil change. Staffing problems reflect poorly on the management."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
