"I want to put a complaint in regards a recent visit to minute clinic located inside of CVS at 18591 N. 59th Ave Glendale AZ\nI went there yesterday to get a treatment for an eye infection (Blepharitis) Prior to my visit i did contact minute clinic to make sure that they know how to treat this type of Infection and they said \"Yes stop by and we will help you\".\n\nSo i went there and nurse Emily Orr FNP was available, but unfortunately she said for this type of chronic Blepharitis we don't have any treatment and she recommended to go to urgent care and they can treat this by Antibiotic shot along with steroids shots. Then she charged me $79 dollars just for talking to me for few seconds but was unable to treat or provide any medication!!!! I told her when i called why did you guys tell me to stop by?? You should have told me to go to Urgent care instead of charging me money and i don't even have insurance, I had to pay out of pocket!!!!\n\nI was so upset and furious, very disappointed. So i went to Urgent care and the physician's assistant said that this is very common and it happens to a lot of their patients that go to minute clinic they charge them then they get referred to urgent care cause minute clinic were unable to treat their patients but yet they charge them money for not providing them for any kind of treatment!!!!\n\n\nThe reason for my complaint is I don't want this to happen to anybody else, this is not a fair practice and its not right what they do to their patients! \n\nI also emailed Business Better Bureau, some one really needs to investigate how this clinic operates."^^ .
