"Such a joke...\nNobody talks to you before you show them money...\nThis is not about your health ... this is about your money... \nDo you have insurance ? Yes... !!!\nYou still have to pay before you see the doctor's eyes!\nStaff is totally unfriendly and the atmosphere was very stressful at the lobby... \n\nMoney Money Money ....\n$180 for checkup that doesn't include anything! \n$200 for Ultrasound \n$400 for Laboratory test for bacteria ...etc.\n\n1) With appointment we had to wait at least 1 hour in the lobby\n2) The nurse was not that friendly trying to make us get extra test that we didn't came for.\n3) We were thinking that the room will be bigger and more friendly but it was just with the size of a closet with sink.\n4) You definitely are having the feeling that this is a conveyor belt for patients but not a clinic where somebody will pay more attention of your health.\n\nI was there not as a patient and it was very stressful experience \nI cannot imagine how the patients ... the people with problems feel like... \n\nThe doctor said that there is nothing abnormal after the initial checkup and\nultrasound in this case is recommended. The Ultrasound was not included in the price so that was extra. The ultrasound didn't show anything unusual and the doctor recommended the test for bacteria .... here something interesting happened ...\n\nAfter we paid for the bacteria lab tests we were expecting that the needed sample material will be taken now but instead of that the doctor informed us that its already taken during the initial checkup. Is that a normal procedure ? Does the doctor know that we will need to send this to the lab ? I cannot answer this questions!\n\nAfter the results from the tests were announced from the lab .. the doctor gave us prescription for antibiotics. One week later the situation was actually the same or even worst, we called to ask the doctor for help again but we have to pay again for everything before the doctor can give you better antibiotics or something else ... \n\nWe decided to find better place where your health matters, \nwhere people are friendly, \nwhere you are not on a conveyor belt,\nwhere they will help you solve the problems you have..."^^ .
