The convenience of the location to my home was great, but it was the level of customer service and responsiveness, security, storage options, facility features and value-add services that really set this business apart from al others that I had researched. \n\nCatherine and Samantha went above and beyond to assist me in what can only be described as a seamless process that met all my storage needs and gave me peace of mind that my belongings would be secure. They even placed a follow-up call to check in and make sure I am happy with their service. I just got an email today notifying me of a complimentary service to receive holiday packages at their location for secure pick up, along with notification of their upcoming Toys 4 Tots participation. The pricing here is a bit high, but you get what you pay for and I'm extremely happy with the location, ease of access, security features, ease of monthly payment, and the extremely friendly and professional staff.
