"This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! \nThey give us such a hard time.\nIn previous visit we were advised by the \"expert\" to by something that destroyed thing we tried to fix- never mind people make mistakes, we tried to make damage less then it was so we went to return returnable items. \nLinda that was managing return register was OMG. That amount of ignorance and rudeness I have never seen I my life.\nProduct that I tried to return had some sort of label (some internal recognizing label-that for God sake I don't have to know of!!!) she gave me such a hard time telling me that label basically means that product was not for sale that it was somewhere behind the shelves and that way calling me a thief!! \nI tried to explain her that I don't and DONT CARE what that means she continued to be rude and giving me the worst shooing experience ever.\nBy her attitude and voice I expected that she is the manager and that I will not be able to do anything than to pay for one of their crew members advised me wrong but then someone mentioned manager and when Dave show up he solved all the problems that rude Linda and some clueless team member were giving me. \nWe did spent over a 1000$ per visit and it's too bad for them but\nI will never come back here!"^^ .
